Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be in original condition—unworn, unused, unwashed, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. In-store refunds require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Domestic Orders (USA)
For orders within the United States, please initiate your return through our Returns Center. Once the steps are completed, a free return label will be generated for you, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we are unable to accept items returned without prior approval through the Returns Center.
International Orders (All Orders Outside USA)
For return inquiries regarding orders outside the Unites States of America, please email us at help@galtsand.us, and our team will assist you with the return process directly. If you have any return-related questions, you are welcome to contact us at the same email.
Damages & Issues
We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us right away so we can review the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns on the following: Sale or promotional items, Mystery boxes, Gift cards
Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. The quickest way to receive a different item is to return your original purchase and, once the return is accepted, place a new order. Please note: Any replacement orders sent by Galtsand are considered final sale.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Items must still meet our standard return conditions: unworn, unused, with tags attached, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only after the returned goods have been received and inspected at our warehouse. Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at help@galtsand.us.
