We offer a full refund from within 30 days of your return request. Once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase to the original payment method. Please return the parcel with original invoice or packing slip included. Please note: If you your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive before receiving a refund.

Once your return package is en route to our warehouse, the return process initiates. Upon receiving and inspecting the return, we will inform you of its acceptance or decline. This procedure may take up to 5 business days from the Delivered status in your return tracking information. Kindly allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed to your original payment method.

At this time we are not able to offer exchanges. We recommend requesting a return and placing a new order for the new item. Once your return is received at our warehouse and processed, you will receive a refund back to your original payment method.

If you have miss spelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours.
