FAQ
All orders ship directly from our warehouse within 3-7 business days of placing your order. Orders can take anywhere from 7-25 days to arrive, depending on the destination. We try our best to ship items as fast as we can.
Once an order is placed, please allow three to seven business days for the order to be packed and shipped from our warehouse. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you may track the package online. Please allow up to 7-25 business days for the package to arrive to you from the day your order is shipped. International orders may take up to 25 business days, depending on shipping method chosen at checkout.
Once your return package is on the way back to our warehouse the return process has started. When the return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.
Please contact us if you have not received your delivered order or it has been lost in transit by the carrier and we would be happy to assist.
If you have input an incorrect address, please email us at galtsandmovement@gmail.com, we'd love to help get it fixed for you. If the given address is incorrect we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission or after the order has shipped.
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 15-25 business days.
We apologize that you received a damaged item. Please send a photo of the damaged product to galtsandmovement@gmail.com with your information and receipt, we would be happy to help you with a resolution. Please note, any damaged item outside of a 30 day return window cannot be returned or refunded. We do receive a high number of daily inquiries, we kindly ask that you provide us up to 7 days to help you find a resolution.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 1 month of purchase. After 1 month from your order date, items are not considered faulty and are as a result of normal wear and tear.
If your item is faulty upon receipt, you may return it for a refund.
