Nothing on this website grants any license or right to use any Galtsand trademark, trade name, logo, design, copyrighted work, or other intellectual property except as expressly authorized in writing.
Product Information
Galtsand makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate and current product information, including product descriptions, specifications, materials, fiber composition, measurements, sizing, fit information, colors, finishes, photographs, illustrations, care information, country-of-origin information, and pricing.
Certain characteristics of apparel and textile products are inherently subject to reasonable manufacturing and material variation.
Accordingly, products may differ slightly from website photographs, samples, prototypes, previous production runs, or other products bearing the same style name or style number as a result of manufacturing processes, supplier variations, dye lots, finishing processes, washing or treatment processes, material characteristics, measurement methods, production location, production date, or other technically unavoidable manufacturing factors.
Colors displayed electronically may also vary depending on lighting, photography, image processing, screen calibration, display settings, and the device used to view the product.
Measurements and sizing information are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise and may be subject to reasonable manufacturing and measurement tolerances.
A variation shall not automatically constitute a defect where the product remains materially consistent with its description and intended use and the variation is permitted under applicable law.
Textile and Fiber Composition; Production-Batch Variations
Fiber composition percentages shown on Galtsand product pages, catalogs, marketing materials, specifications, or other communications are intended to describe the applicable product or production specification.
Textile manufacturing may result in limited and technically unavoidable variations in fiber percentages between production batches, dye lots, mills, suppliers, manufacturing facilities, or individual finished products of the same style.
Accordingly, the precise percentage of a particular fiber or material in a finished Galtsand product may vary slightly from the percentage stated for the same style in another production batch or in general product information, provided that any such variation is within the manufacturing, testing, labeling, advertising, and disclosure tolerances permitted by the laws and regulations applicable to that product and the jurisdiction in which it is offered or sold.
No tolerance described in this Legal Notice is intended to authorize an intentional substitution, misrepresentation, or inaccurate fiber-content declaration where prohibited by applicable law.
Where applicable law requires fiber composition to be stated on a product label, care label, packaging, hangtag, or other legally prescribed disclosure, customers should refer to the legally required composition information accompanying the specific product they receive.
The composition label attached to or accompanying a particular product is intended to identify the fiber composition applicable to that product or production batch and may therefore differ slightly from composition information previously published for another production batch of the same style, subject always to applicable law.
Where a jurisdiction establishes a specific permitted tolerance, testing methodology, fiber-name requirement, disclosure threshold, or other textile-labeling requirement, that jurisdiction-specific requirement shall control.
Galtsand may update online product composition information from time to time to reflect changes in production specifications, suppliers, manufacturing processes, testing results, or legal requirements.
Nothing in this section limits any consumer right arising from a materially inaccurate or misleading product description where such right cannot lawfully be excluded.
Product Improvements and Specification Changes
Galtsand continuously develops and refines its products.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Galtsand may make reasonable changes to materials, components, construction methods, manufacturing locations, suppliers, finishes, colors, measurements, packaging, labeling, or other product specifications without prior notice, provided such changes do not materially misrepresent a product being offered for sale or violate applicable legal requirements.
Products bearing the same style or product name may therefore contain minor differences between production seasons or batches.
Natural Materials, Dyeing and Finishing
Certain products may incorporate natural fibers, washed fabrics, garment dyes, pigments, leather, wool, cotton, recycled materials, specialty finishes, or other materials whose appearance and characteristics naturally vary.
Variations in texture, grain, shade, color distribution, fading, surface characteristics, or finish may be inherent characteristics of these materials or manufacturing processes and do not necessarily constitute defects.
Garment-dyed, washed, distressed, pigment-dyed, or similarly treated products may change in appearance through wear, washing, exposure to sunlight, or other ordinary use.
Customers should follow the care instructions supplied with the individual product.
Product Use and Care
Products should be used only for their reasonably intended purpose and cared for in accordance with the instructions provided with the product.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Galtsand is not responsible for deterioration or damage caused by misuse, improper storage, failure to follow care instructions, improper washing or drying, alterations, accidents, abrasion, exposure to chemicals, excessive heat, abnormal use, or ordinary wear and tear.
Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Pricing
Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may vary by country, currency, sales channel, store, or market and may change without notice to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Despite reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information, typographical, technical, administrative, currency-conversion, promotional, or pricing errors may occasionally occur.
If an obvious or genuine pricing error is identified, Galtsand may take such action as is permitted under applicable law, which may include contacting the customer, correcting the error, declining or cancelling the affected transaction, and issuing any required refund.
Nothing in this section permits Galtsand to cancel or alter a transaction where applicable law prohibits it from doing so.
Taxes, VAT/GST, customs duties, import charges, brokerage charges, and similar governmental charges will be disclosed, collected, or otherwise handled as required by applicable law and the terms applicable to the transaction.
Product Availability and Orders
All products are subject to availability.
Display of a product on the website does not guarantee inventory or availability in every size, color, market, or jurisdiction.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Galtsand may discontinue products, modify specifications, restrict quantities, establish purchase limits, decline transactions, or withdraw products from sale.

Galtsand may correct errors, update information, or modify website content at any time, subject to applicable law and without affecting rights that have already accrued to consumers under mandatory law.

Galtsand does not control third-party services and, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, is not responsible for their availability, content, security, products, representations, terms, or privacy practices.
Use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies established by those third parties.
Fraud, Impersonation and Recruitment Safety
Fraudulent actors may misuse company names, trademarks, employee identities, product photographs, social-media content, or other publicly available information to create false job postings, recruiting communications, modeling or photography opportunities, creator collaborations, affiliate offers, wholesale solicitations, contests, delivery notices, or other schemes. Galtsand encourages customers, applicants, creators, photographers, models, affiliates, vendors, and business partners to verify any unexpected communication before responding, providing information, clicking a link, sending products, or making a payment.
Recruitment, Modeling, Photography and Collaboration Scams
Direct email communications sent by Galtsand personnel will use an email address ending in @galtsand.us. A message sent from Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, Hotmail, another free email provider, a misspelled or lookalike domain, or any domain other than galtsand.us should not be treated as an official Galtsand communication unless Galtsand has separately identified and the recipient has independently verified an authorized third-party recruiter, agency, platform, or service provider.
Galtsand may use reputable third-party platforms, recruiters, agencies, production partners, or professional service providers from time to time. A profile, message, advertisement, or listing on a third-party website is not proof that an opportunity is genuine. You should independently confirm the opportunity by contacting Galtsand through the contact information published on www.galtsand.com. Do not rely solely on telephone numbers, email addresses, links, documents, or contact details contained in the suspicious communication itself.
Galtsand does not require applicants, models, photographers, creators, affiliates, or prospective business partners to pay a fee in order to apply, interview, audition, collaborate, become an affiliate, or receive an offer. Galtsand will not send a check and instruct a recipient to purchase equipment, software, gift cards, training, wardrobe, shipping services, or other materials, nor will Galtsand ask a recipient to return, forward, or transfer any portion of a check or payment. A request to send money by wire transfer, cryptocurrency, gift card, payment application, or another difficult-to-reverse method should be treated as a serious warning sign.
Galtsand will not request bank-account details, full payment-card information, passwords, authentication codes, or other highly sensitive information through an unsolicited text message, social-media message, or informal messaging application. Information legitimately required for payroll, tax, identity verification, background screening, payment, or onboarding should be requested only after the relevant opportunity and representative have been verified and through an appropriate process. Galtsand does not make a binding employment offer solely through text messages, social-media direct messages, Telegram, WhatsApp, or another informal messaging service without an independently verifiable recruitment and onboarding process.
Warning signs may include urgent demands, offers made without a meaningful interview or review process, unusually high compensation for limited work, requests to receive and reship packages, requests to deposit a check and spend or return part of the funds, poor spelling or inconsistent branding, copied employee profiles, altered email domains, requests to move a conversation immediately to an encrypted messaging application, or instructions not to contact Galtsand through its published channels.
If you receive a communication concerning a Galtsand job, modeling opportunity, photography shoot, audition, creator collaboration, sponsored post, affiliate relationship, wholesale opportunity, or other business proposal and are uncertain whether it is genuine, contact support@galtsand.us before taking further action. Forwarding a suspicious message to Galtsand does not guarantee recovery of funds, removal of the fraudulent material, or an investigation, but it may help us identify misuse of the Galtsand name.
Delivery, Payment, Gift Card and Promotional Scams
Fraudulent messages may claim that a Galtsand delivery is delayed, an address must be corrected, a customs or shipping fee is due, a prize or gift card has been awarded, a payment method must be updated, or a survey or contest must be completed. These messages may contain links designed to collect passwords, payment information, or other personal information.
Customers should review order information through the Galtsand Website, their account where available, the order or shipping confirmation originally provided by Galtsand, or the official website of the identified carrier. Galtsand will not ask a customer to pay an unexpected delivery, prize, survey, or gift-card fee through cryptocurrency, wire transfer, gift card, or another informal payment method. A legitimate carrier, customs authority, or payment provider may separately contact a customer regarding a shipment or transaction, and its communications are governed by that organization’s own practices. If uncertain, access the provider’s official website independently rather than selecting a link in an unexpected message.
False Websites, Accounts and Product Listings
Scammers may create websites, social-media accounts, advertisements, marketplace listings, or customer-service profiles that imitate Galtsand. The official Galtsand Website is www.galtsand.com. Before entering account, payment, or personal information, confirm that the website address is correct, begins with HTTPS, and does not contain added words, misspellings, unexpected characters, or a different domain ending.
The appearance of Galtsand products, trademarks, photographs, or logos on a third-party website does not establish that the seller, listing, promotion, or account is authorized by Galtsand. Customers should use caution with unusually large discounts, requests for off-platform payment, limited contact information, recently created social accounts, or websites whose domain closely resembles but is not galtsand.com.
Responding to Suspected Fraud
If you believe you have encountered or been affected by a scam, stop communicating with the suspected actor, do not send additional money or information, preserve messages and transaction records, change affected passwords, enable multifactor authentication where available, and promptly contact any bank, card issuer, payment service, marketplace, email provider, social-media platform, carrier, or other company involved. Ask the relevant financial provider whether a payment can be stopped, disputed, or reversed.
Suspected internet crime may be reported to the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center. Fraud may also be reported to the Federal Trade Commission, appropriate local law-enforcement authorities, and the consumer-protection or Attorney General’s office in your state or jurisdiction. Reporting options and available remedies vary by location and circumstances.
Galtsand is not responsible for communications, websites, accounts, transactions, job postings, offers, or conduct created or controlled by unaffiliated persons who falsely claim to represent Galtsand, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in this section limits any right or remedy available under applicable law.
Order Acceptance, Fraud Prevention and Cancellation
All orders placed through Galtsand are subject to acceptance, verification, product availability, and applicable law. The submission of an order, receipt of an order confirmation, or authorization of payment does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of an order.
To protect Galtsand and our customers from fraud, unauthorized transactions, promotional abuse, pricing or technical errors, and other unlawful or abusive activity, Galtsand reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to review, place on hold, refuse, limit, or cancel any order where we reasonably believe that the order or payment may be fraudulent, unauthorized, unlawful, or otherwise suspicious; payment, billing, shipping, identity, or other information cannot be verified or appears inaccurate; a discount code, promotional offer, gift card, store credit, loyalty benefit, or other pricing benefit has been obtained, distributed, shared, applied, manipulated, or used without authorization or contrary to its applicable terms; an order attempts to exploit a pricing, promotional, website, software, system, or other technical error; an order involves activity prohibited by applicable promotional or purchase terms; fulfillment would violate applicable law, regulation, sanctions, or Galtsand policies; or other circumstances provide a reasonable basis to believe that completing the transaction could expose Galtsand, our customers, or our service providers to fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, or unlawful conduct.
Galtsand reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to invalidate or refuse any discount, promotion, promotional code, gift card, store credit, or other benefit that we reasonably determine was obtained, distributed, reproduced, manipulated, or used fraudulently, without authorization, contrary to its applicable terms, or as the result of a pricing, website, software, system, or technical error.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been collected, Galtsand will refund the amount paid for the cancelled merchandise to the original payment method in accordance with applicable law and payment-processing requirements. Where payment has been authorized but not captured, Galtsand may void or release the authorization instead.
Where permitted by applicable law, Galtsand may limit or refuse future transactions associated with suspected fraud, unauthorized promotional activity, promotional abuse, chargeback abuse, or other unlawful conduct. Galtsand may retain relevant transaction records and disclose information to payment processors, financial institutions, fraud-prevention providers, law enforcement authorities, regulators, or other appropriate parties where permitted or required by applicable law.
Nothing in this section is intended to limit, waive, or exclude any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited, waived, or excluded under applicable law.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and except for warranties, guarantees, representations, or statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded, the Galtsand website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis.
Nothing in this Legal Notice excludes any express warranty provided by Galtsand or any statutory guarantee, implied warranty, conformity right, or other consumer protection that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
Limitation of Liability
